I'd never had Greek yogurt before. I'd heard about it from a few friends and learned it's very good for you, it just may not taste the best. I decided to get a flavored one to ease the pain in case it was actually unpleasant. My choices were honey, pomegranate, or blueberry. Honey was my final choice. It was a nice addition to my Thursday night dinner at work. I almost always pack a dinner (unless I'm out of food at my place). You can even see my super sexy red lunch box in the background. I thought it was very good and easy to eat on its own like normal yogurt. It was especially good considering it has zero fat and a lot of protein. Yea to being healthy!
