I signed up for my first outdoor triathlon today. No turning back now, no wimping out of working out. I've got til July 8 to push myself. After that, I'll have a month to train for Devour DSM. Why the hell am I doing so many races this year?
It was my first time eating at Host today. It opened this spring on Locust where Flour used to be. It touts its local, sustainable food, which I approve of. My date's grilled cheese and popcorn was $10 and my chicken pot pie was $12. I'll admit, I was still hungry after scraping all that gravy up. I don't think $12 was terribly expensive, but you don't get as much food for your money as you get at, say, Cracker Barrel. The restaurant is super cute; I love the ambiance and location.
