I looked through the pantry to see what I had - tomato paste, tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes. I did a quick Google search for "quick spaghetti sauce recipe with crushed tomatoes." I got several hits and picked the first one. It took just 10 minutes and a handful of ingredients. It tasted a lot like crushed tomatoes, but it was good enough to eat. Going forward, I'll make sure to keep spaghetti sauce in stock.
