Lucas and I were whipping up a birthday meal for his cousin's birthday. We decided on steak and shrimp kabobs and this caprese bread as an appetizer. I had never made the bread before but saw it in a recipe book we got for our wedding and was intrigued. It was pretty easy to make and got devoured super quick. All you need is pizza dough or a pre-made pizza crust, olive oil, garlic, basil, mozzarella and tomatoes. Pop it in the oven for awhile and ta da! Deliciousness.
