Well, I also try to remain an individual when it comes to entertainment. I was way late to the Harry Potter rage, and even then, I never read the books, just watched the movies. I was last on the boat to Forks with the Twilight series. I still haven't touched the Hunger Games books. So when the 50 Shades of Grey came out, I decided I wouldn't read it. Well, my mom got the book as a gift. If it's as racy as I've heard, she won't like. So I swiped it from the coffee table in Chicago and brought it back to Des Moines. I started reading it in the car on the way back. Actually, Lucas began reading it aloud to me since it was my turn to drive. We only got through chapter 1 which wasn't steamy or racy at all. But I met Mr. Grey and have an idea of where this is headed. It better live up to the hype.
Side note: Can someone please tell me why main female characters are so clumsy? As a strong, independent woman myself, I just can't get behind a character who looks at the floor and trips. It shows weakness and is honestly just annoying. Learn how to walk.
